Symptoms

Dit is van invloed op alle Alienware m15 R2, R3 en R4 en Alienware m17 R2, R3 en R4 laptops met of zonder de Tobii camera-configuratie. De zwarte ventilatiekap aan de bovenkant heeft een inkeping onder het midden van het LCD-scherm, dicht bij het scharnier.

Cause

Dell Engineering heeft bevestigd dat het doel van deze inspringing is om ruimte te bieden voor de Tobii-camera. Laptops die worden geleverd met de Tobii-camera hebben de inkeping nodig voor wanneer de laptop is gesloten. Dezelfde hoes wordt gebruikt als u de laptop met of zonder de Tobii-camera aanschaft. Dat betekent dat deze inkeping op al deze laptops te vinden is.

Resolution

Deze inkeping is ontworpen in het plastic. Er is geen fout met de kunststoffen.
