How to Restore Factory Default Settings on Alienware AW768 or AW568 Keyboard

Follow the steps mentioned below to restore the Dell Alienware AW768 or AW568 keyboard to factory default settings.

1. Click Start and open the Alienware Command Center application.
2. Under the Home tab, click the Edit icon (Figure 1).

3. Click Settings (Figure 2).

4. Under Edit Device Settings, select the keyboard (Figure 3).

5. Under the Settings menu, click the Update tab (Figure 4).

6. Under the Update menu, click Restore Factory Defaults button (Figure 5).

7. Click OK to confirm (Figure 6).
   Note: Restoring to factory default settings removes any macros, themes, or custom settings you may have saved.

8. Disconnect the keyboard from your computer.
9. After 5 seconds, connect the keyboard to your computer and click OK to complete the restore process (Figure 7).
