Symptoms

V konzoli SourceOne v části Souhrn aktivity při vytváření aktivity archivace souborů je v konzoli SourceOne v části Souhrn aktivit hlášena chyba.

EMC SourceOne failed to load one or more components required to display summary data for the activity type
Archiv souborů a stříhání

Zkontrolujte ExMMCAdmin.dll.log na hlavním serveru SourceOne ve složce "<SourceOne Installation Directory>\Logs". Soubor archivuje knihovnu DLL a nelze ji najít.
Například:

Attempting to load plugin for taskType.id <-1788567307> by name
<..\..\SOFile\SOFileUI.dll>, mgr type <EMC.EX.SOFileUI.FileArchiveUIMgr>...

Plugin did not return a name for taskType.id <-1788567307> - using default <>...

 

Cause

Komponenta "EMC SourceOne Business Component Extensions for File Archiving" není správně nainstalována na pracovních počítačích SourceOne.

 

Resolution

Nainstalujte modul "EMC SourceOne Business Component Extensions for File Archiving" na pracovní počítače SourceOne pomocí instalační sady ES1_FileArchiveBCESetup.exe.
