Symptoms

创建文件归档活动时，SourceOne 控制台中的“Activity Summary”下报告错误。

EMC SourceOne failed to load one or more components required to display summary data for the activity type
文件归档和镜头剪辑

检查 SourceOne 主服务器上的“<SourceOne Installation Directory\Logs>”文件夹中的ExMMCAdmin.dll.log。该文件归档 DLL，但找不到它。
例如：

Attempting to load plugin for taskType.id <-1788567307> by name
<..\..\SOFile\SOFileUI.dll>, mgr type <EMC.EX.SOFileUI.FileArchiveUIMgr>...

Plugin did not return a name for taskType.id <-1788567307> - using default <>...

 

Cause

“EMC SourceOne Business Component Extensions for File Archiving”组件未正确安装在 SourceOne 工作机器上。

 

Resolution

使用ES1_FileArchiveBCESetup.exe安装工具包在 SourceOne 工作机器上安装“EMC SourceOne Business Component Extensions for File Archiving”模块。
