Symptoms

Lorsque vous tentez d’effectuer une « réindexation » ou une « réindexation des documents ayant échoué » sur un jeu d’index SourceOne Email Management appartenant à un dossier d’archive dont le nom contient une esperluette (&) dans le nom, la réindexation échoue.

Les erreurs suivantes sont consignées dans les journaux de suivi ExAsIdxObj.exe.log :

UPDATE WorkQueue SET xConfig.modify('insert text{"\\IndexShare\Index02\TEST & FOLDER\YearMonth\IndexSet_REBUILD_PARTIAL"} into (RebuildInfo/TempNetworkLoc)[1]'), LastModified = '20201217 14:20:41.527' where WorkId = 2718

Marking local idx state as missmsg <DriveLetter>:\EMC SourceOne IndexWork\TEST & FOLDER_YearMonth_IndexNum\Index

This only happens with ISYS indexing. Elastic Search Indexes are not affected.

Ce problème est résolu dans les versions de correctifs ou de Service Pack de SourceOne Email Management supérieures à la version 7.2.10 Hotfix 2 (7.2.10.0059).
