Symptoms

При попытке выполнить «Переиндексировать» или «Переиндексировать неудачные документы» для набора индексов SourceOne Email Management, принадлежащего архивной папке, содержащей амперсанд (&) в имени, повторная индексация завершается сбоем.

В журналах трассировки ExAsIdxObj.exe.log регистрируются следующие ошибки:

UPDATE WorkQueue SET xConfig.modify('insert text{"\\IndexShare\Index02\TEST & FOLDER\YearMonth\IndexSet_REBUILD_PARTIAL"} into (RebuildInfo/TempNetworkLoc)[1]'), LastModified = '20201217 14:20:41.527' where WorkId = 2718

Cannot communicate with the database. (0x86040400) Unknown error (0x800408EA) {XQuery [WorkQueue.xConfig.modify()]: Invalid entity reference Native error: 2282 SQL State: 42000 }

Marking local idx state as missmsg <DriveLetter>:\EMC SourceOne IndexWork\TEST & FOLDER_YearMonth_IndexNum\Index

Это происходит только при индексировании ISYS. Индексы гибкого поиска не затрагиваются.

Resolution

Эта проблема устранена в исправлениях или пакетах обновления SourceOne Email Management более поздних версий, чем 7.2.10 Hotfix 2 (7.2.10.0059).
