Symptoms

KeySecureサーバーのログには、Data Domainが通信を試みている様子は表示されません。ファイアウォール ポートが開かれました。次のエラーが表示されます。

Error message : Failed to synchronize keys, error code = 5308

FS(Data Domainファイル システム)ddfs。情報ログには、次の情報が表示されます。

Cause

外部認証局を使用している場合は、証明書チェーン内のすべての証明書をData Domainにインポートします。中間認証局(CA)の証明書は、KeySecureに対して信頼できる証明書としてDDにインポートする必要があります。

Resolution

DD OSおよびGemaltoのSafeNet KeySecure統合ガイドを参照して、すべての手順が守られていることを確認します。(このドキュメントを表示するには、登録ユーザーとしてDellサポートにログインする必要があります)。それでも問題が解決しない場合は、KeySecure SSL証明書の中間CAをローカル ネットワーク セキュリティ チームからインポートする手順を取得します。
