起動前認証がアクティブなために、Dell Encryptionアンインストーラーが一般エラーで失敗する

対象製品：

• Dell Encryption Self-Encrypting Drive Manager
• デルのフル ディスク暗号化

影響を受けるバージョン:

• v10.6以降

対象オペレーティング システム：

• Windows

起動前認証がアクティブなエンドポイントでDell Encryptionアンインストーラー実行可能ファイル（C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Data Protection\DataSecurityUninstaller.exe）を使用してDell Encryptionをアンインストールしようとすると、アンインストーラーは一般的なエラーで直ちに終了します。

C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\のDDPUninstall_Main.logには、このエラーに関する追加情報は表示されません。

DDP_ClientSecurityFramework_Uninstall_MSI.logで、アンインストールの試行時に以下のエラーが確認できる可能性があります。

Dell Full Disk EncryptionまたはDell Encryption Self-Encrypting Drive Managerで保護されているエンドポイントでDell Encryptionアンインストーラーを実行するには、まず起動前認証を無効にする必要があります。
