Cause

При попытке удаления программы Dell Encryption с помощью исполняемого файла программы удаления Dell Encryption (C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Data Protection\DataSecurityUninstaller.exe) на конечных устройствах с активной предзагрузочной аутентификацией программа удаления немедленно закрывается с общей ошибкой.

Ошибка DDS

В файле DDPUninstall_Main.log в папке C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\ не отображается дополнительная информация об ошибке.

Resolution

Чтобы запустить программу удаления Dell Encryption на конечной точке, защищенной с помощью Dell Full Disk Encryption или Dell Encryption Self-Encrypting Drive Manager, необходимо сначала деактивировать предзагрузочную проверку подлинности.
