NVP vProxy: Linux 가상 머신에 FLR 에이전트를 설치할 수 없음

Summary: NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) vProxy 어플라이언스로 보호되는 Linux VM(Virtual Machine)의 FLR(File Level Recover) 도중 FLR 마운트가 실패하고 FLR 에이전트가 설치되지 않았으며 가상 머신에서 설치를 허용하지 않는다는 메시지가 표시됩니다.

Symptoms

문제의 증상을 간략히 설명합니다.
  • FLR 중 루트가 아닌 계정이 지정되었습니다.
  • NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 또는 Dell EMC Data Protection Restore Client에서 FLR이 시작되었습니다.
  • 복구 마법사의 마운트 출력에서 다음과 같은 오류가 발견되었습니다.

vProxy에 대한 마운트 로그 위치:
  • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vflrd/
  • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vflrd/
NetWorker 서버의 마운트 로그 위치:
  • /nsr/logs/adhoc/nsrvproxy_flr
  • /nsr/logs/recover/recover_name (NMC에서 수행되고 복구 세션이 저장된 경우).
타겟 VM의 FLR 에이전트 위치: 
  • /opt/emc/vproxyra/

Cause

문제를 일으킬 수 있는 가능성이 여러 개 있으며 일부는 아래에 나열되어 있습니다.
  1. FLR 에이전트가 설치되지 않았습니다. 이 문제는 사용자에게 FLR 에이전트를 설치하는 데 필요한 권한(또는 강화된 보안 환경)이 없는 경우에 발생할 수 있습니다.
  2. 에이전트가 설치되었지만 FLR 마운트 사용자가 FLR 에이전트 설치를 확인하는 데 사용되는 자동 스크립트를 실행하지 못할 수 있습니다. 
  3. FLR 에이전트 설치를 차단하는 안티바이러스 소프트웨어가 타겟 VM에 설치되어 있습니다.

Resolution

FLR 에이전트가 설치되어 있는지 확인합니다. FLR 마운트 프로세스의 사용자가 에이전트 설치를 확인하는 스크립트를 실행할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
 
1. FLR 마운트 중에 사용된 자격 증명을 사용하여 Linux VM에 로그인하고 셸 콘솔을 엽니다.
2. 아래 명령을 실행하여 에이전트가 설치되어 있고 사용자에게 에이전트를 사용할 권한이 있는지 확인합니다. /opt/emc/vproxyra/bin/vflragentc

3. 에이전트가 설치된 경우 다음에서 시작되었는지 확인합니다. /opt/emc/vproxyra/bin/vflragent status
4. 에이전트가 실행되고 있지 않으면 다음을 시작합니다. /opt/emc/vproxyra/bin/vflragent start

NWUI(NetWorker Web User Interface) 방법

NetWorker 환경에 NWUI 서버가 설치된 경우 FLR 중에 관리자 권한으로 실행을 지정할 수 있습니다. NMC 또는 Data Protection Restore Client에서는 이 옵션을 사용할 수 없습니다. https://NetWorker_Server:9090/nwui
상승된 권한으로 실행

NWUI가 NetWorker Server에 설치되어 있는지 확인합니다(NetWorker Virtual Edition에 기본적으로 포함).
Linux:  
rpm -qa | grep lgtonwui
Windows:  
wmic product get name, version, vendor | find "Web UI Server"

 

수동 설치 방법

FLR 프로세스에서 에이전트를 설치할 수 없는 경우 vProxy 어플라이언스에서 타겟 VM으로 에이전트를 복사하고 OS 명령을 사용하여 로컬로 설치합니다. 

1. FLR 에이전트를 설치하려는 VM에 대한 SSH 세션을 엽니다.
2. Secure Copy Protocol(scp) 명령을 사용하여 vProxy에서 VM으로 FLR 에이전트를 복사합니다.
scp admin@vPROXY_ADDRESS:/opt/emc/sw-repo/vflragent/linux/emc*.rpm TARGET-DOWNLOAD-DIRECTORY

5. 에이전트가 설치되었는지 확인합니다. rpm -qa | grep -i flragent
6. 설치 후 스크립트를 실행합니다. sudo /opt/emc/vproxyra/bin/postinstall.sh
7. FLR 사용자가 다음 에이전트 검증 명령을 사용할 권한이 있는지 확인합니다. /opt/emc/vproxyra/bin/vflragentc
