Symptoms

L’hôte PowerPath Linux ne peut pas se connecter à PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA) car le service de gestion PowerPath ne peut pas démarrer en raison de l’erreur suivante :

Cause

Cela s’explique par le fait que libjson-c.so.2 Les bibliothèques ne sont pas installées sur l’hôte Linux.

Dans Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c n’est pas installé par défaut dans l’installation minimale, et il est conseillé d’installer le package séparément.

Resolution

Il est conseillé d’installer json-c bibliothèques séparément et démarrez ensuite le service de gestion PowerPath lorsque l’hôte PowerPath Linux peut être ajouté à PPMA.
