Symptoms

Een door de klant geleverd vCenter dat is geüpgraded naar vSphere 8.0 met VxRail clusters die versies uitvoeren vóór de VxRail 7.0.410 release, kan ertoe leiden dat de VxRail plug-in ontbreekt.

Controleer in de vCenter UI, pagina Client Plugins, of VxRail HTML5 Client Plugin de status "Failed" heeft als "Error deploying plug-in"

Cause

De VxRail plug-in in VxRail 7.0.405 en lager is niet compatibel met vCenter 8.0.
VxRail 7.0.410 en hoger bevat een updateversie van de VxRail plug-in die compatibel is met vCenter 8.0.

Resolution

Neem contact op met de technische support van Dell of uw geautoriseerde servicevertegenwoordiger om de compatibele VxRail plug-in op het vSphere 8.0 vCenter te implementeren.
