In het Lcm-web.log is er een time-out voor een checkCertNeedUpdate.sh van een script.

Wanneer u het script handmatig checkCertNeedUpdate.sh / checkVxmCertExpiredAndDNS.sh uitvoert, duurt het meer dan vijf minuten.
 

Cause

Het bestand /etc/hosts heeft de fqdn van VxRail Manager en ::1 vermeldingen die deze vertraging in het script veroorzaken.

Resolution

Om dit probleem op te lossen: 

  • Maak een back-up van het hostbestand cp /etc/hosts /etc/hosts.bak.
  • Gebruik VI om de FQDN van VxRail Manager te verwijderen en ::1 van de /etc/hosts bestand.
  • Als het goed is, voert u het script opnieuw uit.
  • Probeer de upgrade opnieuw uit te voeren.
