Symptoms

此行为发生在 GDDR 5.3 程序临时修复 （PTF） GD53089的版本和维护级别。

客户设置 Y 为 DELETE BOTH RO & RW copy，但只有 RW copy 对于大型机磁盘库 （DLm） 磁带文件，将被删除。

Cause

该 GDD2P02A 脚本用于在灾难恢复测试后恢复。
这仅遵循 Delete All Snapshots 如果用户在提交脚本时打开了“呼叫覆盖”面板，则调用覆盖值。

Resolution

解决办法：
  • 由于快照的 RO 拷贝已留下，因此手动删除并重新运行 PA02A 脚本，并将选项设置为 DELETE both RO 和 RW 拷贝。
永久修复：
从戴尔在线支持网站下载并安装相应的 PTF，以解决此问题。
  • 对于 GDDR 5.3 - PTF GD53105 
  • 对于 GDDR 6.0 - PTF GD60016
