Who Is Covered by This Warranty?

This limited hardware warranty is available to original purchasers only and cannot be transferred to other individuals. Coverage is valid only for the initial buyer of the product.

Required documentation for warranty service: You must provide an original receipt or invoice from an authorized Dell retailer to receive warranty support.

Coverage termination: Warranty protection ends when you sell or transfer your carrying case to another person.

What Is Covered Under This Warranty?

Dell warrants that your carrying case is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty covers repairs or replacement for cases with documented manufacturing flaws.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use, or damage resulting from customer misuse or accidents.
