Dopo aver avviato lo strumento client NativeEdge Service Console e aver immesso l'indirizzo MAC del NativeEdge-enabled Device, viene visualizzato il seguente messaggio:
Per procedere, selezionare l'interfaccia pertinente che si trova anche sulla stessa rete Layer 2 di NativeEdge Endpoint.
Multiple interfaces are up. Select the valid interface from the device: (after this follows a list of NICs and their MAC addresses)

Additional Information
NativeEdge Service Console utilizza la connettività basata sul livello 2 tra il client e NativeEdge Endpoint. Se il computer client da cui viene avviato lo strumento Service Console dispone di più reti configurate, all'utente viene fornita un'opzione per scegliere l'interfaccia di rete sul computer client che verrà utilizzata per la connessione con NativeEdge Endpoint, ovvero selezionare l'interfaccia sul computer client che si trova sulla rete L2 come NativeEdge Endpoint.
