Symptoms

19.14より前のPowerProtect Data ManagerでVMware vCenter ESXi 8.0.u1以降を使用している場合、VMリストア ジョブが次のエラーで失敗します。

ARV0019: VM Direct engine is unable to to restore the virtual machine 'VMName' on vCenter 'vCenterName' because of a vCenter API issue.

Cause

VMware vCenter ESXi 8.0.u1は、PowerProtect Data Managerバージョン19.14以降と互換性があります。

Resolution

この問題が発生した場合は、PowerProtect Data Managerをバージョン19.14以降にアップグレードしてください
