Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 버전 19.14 미만에서 VMware vCenter ESXi 8.0.u1 이상을 사용하는 동안 VM 복원 작업이 실패하고 다음이 표시됩니다.

ARV0019: VM Direct engine is unable to to restore the virtual machine 'VMName' on vCenter 'vCenterName' because of a vCenter API issue.

Cause

VMware vCenter ESXi 8.0.u1은 PowerProtect Data Manager 버전 19.14 이상과 호환됩니다.

Resolution

이 문제가 발생하면 PowerProtect Data Manager를 버전 19.14 이상으로 업그레이드하십시오.
