Symptoms
PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14'ün altındaki bir sürümle VMware vCenter ESXi 8.0.u1 veya sonraki sürümlerini kullanırken VM geri yükleme işleri şu hata ile başarısız oluyor:
ARV0019: VM Direct engine is unable to to restore the virtual machine 'VMName' on vCenter 'vCenterName' because of a vCenter API issue.

Cause
VMware vCenter ESXi 8.0.u1, PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 ve sonraki sürümlerle uyumludur.
Resolution
Bu sorunla karşılaşırsanız PowerProtect Data Manager ı 19.14 veya üzeri bir sürüme yükseltin.
