Symptoms
Během restartování operačního systému klienta RHEL PPDM se proces agentsvc nespustí automaticky. Ručním spuštěním agentvc z příkazu se služba úspěšně spustí.
Cause
Během spouštění operačního systému není povoleno automatické spuštění služby agenta.
Resolution
Ujistěte se, že je povolená funkce agentsvc . To je systemctl status agentsvc ● agentsvc.service - Dell PowerProtect Agent Service Daemon Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/agentsvc.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: inactive (dead)
Pokud tato možnost není povolena, můžete použít systemctl status agentsvca ujistěte se, že je služba povolena.
