Symptoms
Durante il riavvio del sistema operativo del client RHEL PPDM, il processo agentsvc non si avvia automaticamente. L'avvio manuale di agentsvc dal comando avvia correttamente il servizio.
Cause
Il servizio agent non è abilitato all'avvio automatico durante l'avvio del sistema operativo.
Resolution
Assicurarsi che agentsvc sia abilitato. Cioè systemctl status agentsvc ● agentsvc.service - Dell PowerProtect Agent Service Daemon Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/agentsvc.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: inactive (dead)
Se non è abilitata, è possibile utilizzare systemctl status agentsvce verificare che il servizio sia abilitato.
