Symptoms
RHEL PPDM 클라이언트의 OS 재부팅 중에 agentsvc 프로세스가 자동으로 시작되지 않습니다. 명령에서 agentsvc를 수동으로 시작하면 서비스가 성공적으로 시작됩니다.
Cause
OS 부팅 중에 에이전트 서비스가 자동으로 시작되도록 설정되어 있지 않습니다.
Resolution
agentsvc가 활성화되어 있는지 확인합니다. 말하자면 systemctl status agentsvc ● agentsvc.service - Dell PowerProtect Agent Service Daemon Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/agentsvc.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: inactive (dead)
활성화되지 않은 경우 systemctl status agentsvc을 클릭하고 서비스가 활성화되어 있는지 확인합니다.
