Symptoms
Durante a reinicialização do sistema operacional do client RHEL PPDM, o processo agentsvc não é iniciado automaticamente. Iniciar o agentsvc manualmente a partir do comando inicia o serviço com sucesso.
Cause
O serviço do agente não é ativado para inicializar automaticamente durante a inicialização do SO.
Resolution
Certifique-se de que o agentsvc esteja habilitado. Isto é systemctl status agentsvc ● agentsvc.service - Dell PowerProtect Agent Service Daemon Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/agentsvc.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: inactive (dead)
