Symptoms
Under omstarten av operativsystemet för RHEL PPDM-klienten startar inte agentsvc-processen automatiskt. Om du startar agentsvc manuellt från kommandot startas tjänsten.
Cause
Agenttjänsten är inte aktiverad för att starta automatiskt under start av operativsystemet.
Resolution
Kontrollera att agentsvc är aktiverat. Det är systemctl status agentsvc ● agentsvc.service - Dell PowerProtect Agent Service Daemon Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/agentsvc.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: inactive (dead)
Om det inte är aktiverat kan du använda systemctl status agentsvcoch se till att tjänsten är aktiverad.
