Symptoms

The LCD screen on an XPS 15 9530 may randomly flicker. The issue suddenly starts while browsing event viewer, control panel, changing flash rate and so on in Windows using two fingers on the touchpad. The issue stops on its own after some time.

Cause

This is due to the touchpad or panel interference issue.

Resolution
