Symptoms

  • Il ripristino PIT di NMDA Sybase ha esito negativo con sintassi dell'ora errata 
Incorrect time syntax in time string '<mon dd, yyy hh:mm:ss:sss>' used in the LOAD TRANSACTION UNTIL_TIME statement. Correct format is month day, year hour:minute:seconds:milliseconds[am | pm].
  • il mese è espresso in portoghese anziché in inglese
  • La regione del client Sybase è impostata su Brasile. La lingua è impostata su Portoghese/Brasile. La configurazione regionale è impostata su Inglese.
  • I backup hanno esito positivo

Cause

Difetto del codice. Il problema si è verificato a causa del formato della data.

Resolution

Il codice è stato modificato per allineare il formato della data con il formato di data previsto.  La correzione del codice è in NMDA 19.9.0.4 (tentativo 18 gennaio 2024).
