Incorrect time syntax in time string '<mon dd, yyy hh:mm:ss:sss>' used in the LOAD TRANSACTION UNTIL_TIME statement. Correct format is month day, year hour:minute:seconds:milliseconds[am | pm].

Cause

Resolution
