VCF on VxRail 4.5.0
Multiple tasks reporting in SDDC Manager for "Fetching subtask info"
Tasks are shown either Pending or In Progress with 0%.
A service restart or SDDC Manager reboot does not clear these tasks.
Tasks cannot be deleted using the KB https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/51507 as it shows an error {"error code":"TA_TASK_NOT_FOUND"}
Tasks id found from the tasks lists:

Cause
There are stale tasks showing due to a Backup workflow error.
There may be issues with other workflows.
Track the Tasks list and error logs to work out which have failed.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, fix the Backup configuration error in the SDDC Manager.
Stale task status becomes "Failed" once a backup is successful.
No additional steps are required here to clear the tasks.
