Cause
Suspeita-se que o driver WWAN não é atualizado completamente quando o usuário atualiza por meio do Windows Update.
Resolution
Faça download e instale manualmente o driver de WWAN no site de suporte da Dell.
A última versão do driver DW5932e é 3.2.0.16.
Depois de instalar esse driver, o Gerenciador de dispositivos mostrará a versão como 3.1.0.8.
Nota:
- Não desligue, coloque em modo de suspensão ou hiberne durante a instalação do driver.
- A instalação leva aproximadamente dois a três minutos e há um status de progresso na tela.
- Aguarde até atingir 100% ou então isso pode fazer com que a instalação seja incompleta.
