Symptoms

Při konfiguraci softwaru OpenManage Enterprise pro použití integrace CyberArk vrátí test připojení následující chybovou zprávu. Test chyby připojení

V protokolech aplikace se zobrazí následující chyba cesty k certifikátu.

[ERROR] 2024-09-19 21:13:46.232 [ajp-nio-0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1-8009-exec-8] CyberarkManagerImpl - verifyConnectionToCyberark: exception occurred while verifying the connection to cyberark. Message: I/O error on GET request for "https://pvwa.sumers.local:443/AIMWebservice/api/Accounts": PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; nested exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Cause

K tomuto problému dochází, protože certifikáty certifikační autority z certifikátu nahraného do softwaru OpenManage Enterprise for CyberArk se nenačtou do úložiště důvěryhodnosti při vytváření textu SSLContext pro připojení HTTPS.

Resolution

Tento problém je vyřešen v nadcházející verzi softwaru OpenManage Enterprise 4.3.
