Symptoms

Quando si configura OpenManage Enterprise per l'utilizzo di CyberArk Integration, Test Connection restituisce il seguente messaggio di errore. Errore di connessione di test

I registri delle applicazioni mostrano il seguente errore nel percorso del certificato.

Cause

Questo problema si verifica perché i certificati CA del certificato caricato in OpenManage Enterprise for CyberArk non vengono caricati nel truststore durante la creazione dell'SSLContext per la connessione HTTPS.

Resolution

Questo problema verrà risolto nella prossima versione di OpenManage Enterprise 4.3.
