Symptoms

Når du konfigurerer OpenManage Enterprise til å bruke CyberArk-integreringen, returnerer Testtilkoblingen følgende feilmelding. Test tilkoblingsfeil

Applikasjonsloggene viser følgende sertifikatbanefeil.

Cause

Dette problemet oppstår fordi CA-sertifikatene fra sertifikatet som er lastet opp til OpenManage Enterprise for CyberArk, ikke lastes inn i trust-lageret når du oppretter SSLContext for HTTPS-tilkoblingen.

Resolution

Dette problemet løses i den kommende OpenManage Enterprise 4.3-versjonen.
