Cause

This could be a result of compatibility issues with the Operating System, drivers such as Realtek or Intel Smart Sound Technology (ISST), and Unified Communication apps such as Teams or Zoom updates.

Resolution

Updated the headset and dongle firmware to the latest version using DPeM/DDPM/DAMA or standalone updater from the Dell Support site.
