Cause

當磁碟裝置出現問題，且磁碟裝置因任何原因沒有回應時，作業系統會使磁碟裝置離線。
 
注意：如果磁碟裝置故障，裝置不會回到線上狀態，而且可能需要更換磁碟裝置。

因應措施

SVM - Linux 環境：

  1. 確認 磁碟裝置目前的狀態：
[root@ssltest ~]# cat /sys/block/sdx/device/state
offline
  1. 如果磁碟裝置標示為「離線」，請使用下列命令 將磁碟裝置「連線」：
echo "running" > /sys/block/sdx/device/state
  1. 使用 SCLI 或 UI 清除 SDS 裝置 錯誤。


Windows 環境：

  1. 使用「邏輯磁碟管理員」或磁碟零件驗證磁碟裝置目前的狀態：

注意：此選項需要「停機時間」，並在 ScaleIO 系統上觸發重建/重新平衡：
 
  1. 如果可能，請將 SDS 輸入維護 模式
  2. 重新開機 SDS 伺服器
  3. 結束維護模式 （若在步驟 1 完成）
  4. 清除 SDS 裝置錯誤 （使用 UI 或 CLI）
  5. 在 ScaleIO 中確認裝置狀態
