Symptoms

  • 既存のRGの追加に失敗する 
  • RGが重大な状態を示す
  • [Resources]タブの関連リソース ステータスに「Deployment Failed」と表示される
  • PowerFlex Gateway (GW)リソースが「到達不能」状態になっている可能性があります
  • 導入ログに「Cluster component for VCENTER_FQDN does not have a successful server to build with」というエラーが報告される
  • util.rbがesxcliコマンドを実行しようとすると、導入ログに空白のターゲットIPが報告される
    • Example: esxcli 600 env VI_PASSWORD=****** esxcli -s -u root の実行

問題

リソース グループの追加に失敗します。

Cause

マネージャーMDMとPowerFlex Manager管理VM(MVM)の間に30秒を超える時間スキューが存在する。

Resolution

影響を受けるサーバーで時間のずれの問題を調査して対処します。chronydサービスのステータスを確認し、指定されたNTPサーバーへの正常性/接続性を確認します。

MDM/MVM間で時刻が同期されていることを確認した後、ゲートウェイ ポッドの再起動が必要になる場合があります。

 

トラブルシューティングの例:

  • "chronyc tracking" - このコマンドは、システムの全体的な同期ステータスをチェックします。「正常」のうるうステータスは、システム クロックが同期されており、計時の問題がないことを意味します。
