Symptoms

  • 新增現有 RG 失敗 
  • RG 顯示嚴重狀態
  • 「資源」標籤下的「關聯資源」狀態顯示「部署失敗」
  • PowerFlex Gateway （GW） 資源可能處於「無法連線」狀態
  • 部署記錄中回報的錯誤指出「VCENTER_FQDN的叢集元件沒有成功的伺服器可使用」
  • 當 util.rb 嘗試執行 esxcli 命令時，部署記錄會回報空白的目標 IP
    • 範例：執行 esxcli 600 env VI_PASSWORD=****** esxcli -s -u root

影響

無法新增資源群組。

Cause

Manager MDM 和 PowerFlex Manager Management VM （MVM） 之間存在超過 30 秒的時間偏差。

Resolution

調查並解決受影響伺服器上的時間誤差問題。檢閱年表服務狀態，並確認指定 NTP 伺服器的健全狀況/連線能力。

確定 MDM/MVM 之間的時間同步後，可能需要重新啟動閘道 Pod。

 

故障診斷範例：

  • 「chronyc tracking」 - 此命令檢查系統的整體同步狀態。閏變狀態為“正常”表示系統時鐘已同步，計時沒有問題。
