Symptoms

  • 添加现有 RG 失败 
  • RG 显示严重状态
  • 关联的资源状态在“资源”选项卡下显示“部署失败”
  • PowerFlex Gateway（GW）资源可能处于“无法访问”状态
  • 部署日志中报告的错误指出“Cluster component for VCENTER_FQDN does not have a successful server to build with”
  • 当 util.rb 尝试运行 esxcli 命令时，部署日志报告空白目标 IP
    • 示例：正在执行 esxcli 600 env VI_PASSWORD=****** esxcli -s -u root

无法添加资源组。

Cause

Manager MDM 与 PowerFlex Manager 管理虚拟机 （MVM） 之间存在大于 30 秒的时间偏差。

Resolution

调查并解决受影响服务器上的时间偏差问题。查看 chronyd 服务状态并验证运行状况/与指定 NTP 服务器的连接。

确保 MDM/MVM 之间的时间同步后，可能需要重新启动网关 Pod。

 

故障处理示例：

  • “chronyc tracking” — 此命令检查系统的整体同步状态。leap 状态为“正常”表示系统时钟已同步，计时没有问题。
