Symptoms
Nel file backint.log SAPHANA del database tenant/systemdb, quando viene eseguito il backup, l'operazione ha esito negativo con il seguente errore
Messaggio di errore: "Backint missing software version"
Cause
Questo problema è collegato alle autorizzazioni errate sul file /opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/saphana/sqlite
Resolution
Per risolvere questo problema di backup, correggere le autorizzazioni sul file /opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/saphana/sqlite utilizzando il comando riportato di seguito
# chmod 777 /opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/saphana/sqlite
