Symptoms

PowerProtect: La configurazione NTP di Data Manager non aggiorna gli engine di protezione e i proxy

Cause

Server NTP da disattivare, aggiornato manualmente il server PowerProtect Data Manager per la configurazione NTP che non aggiornava gli host Protection Engines e Proxies per la configurazione del server NTP.

Resolution

L'amministratore di PowerProtect Data Manager deve accedere manualmente a ciascun host proxy come admin, quindi passare a root e quindi aggiornare manualmente / etc/ntp.conf e /usr/local/brs/puppet/modules/ecdm/files/ntpd/ntp.conf .

Riavviare PowerProtect Data Manager > In modo che la variabile venga ricaricata.

Note: 
It's not recommended to manually change any hostname or IP address after the OVA is deployed. It becomes cumbersome if you are dealing with secure hidden password protected components such as Protection Engines etc
