Symptoms
- Устройство NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE)
- Вы настроите уведомления политики следующим образом: NetWorker. Настройка уведомлений по электронной почте о политике
- После завершения политики сообщения электронной почты не получены.
Cause
Служба postfix на NVE не запущена/включена.
Resolution
- Подключитесь к NVE в качестве администратора через SSH.
- Переключиться на пользователя root:
sudo su —
- Проверьте статус сервиса postfix:
systemctl status postfix (постфикс состояния systemctl)
nve:~ # systemctl status postfix
● postfix.service - Postfix Mail Transport Agent
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/postfix.service; disabled; vendor preset: enabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
- Запустите службу postfix:
systemctl start postfix
- Включите службу postfix, чтобы она запускала ОС во время перезагрузки:
systemctl enable postfix (Включить postfix)
