Unable to Activate Dell Encryption Endpoints through a Dell Security Management Front End Server

After upgrading the Dell Security Management Server backend server to version 11.5, Dell Encryption endpoints are no longer able to activate through front end servers.
The issue can be identified searching for the following errors in the output.log file for the Security Server service on the Dell Security Management Server backend server.
