목표
VMAX의 FASTVP 기능을 사용하면 FASTVP 정책 내에서 데이터 블록 자동 상향 이동 및 다른 계층 또는 씬 풀로 강등할 수 있습니다. FASTVP/자동 계층화로 인해 데이터 블록이 여러 씬 풀에 분산되는 경우가 많습니다.
사용자는 프로비저닝, 차지백 목적, 성능 문제 해결 등을 위해 데이터 블록이 씬 풀에 분산되는 방식을 결정해야 합니다.

이 문서에서는 LUNID, 스토리지 그룹 또는 모든 LUN/TDEV에 의한 Lun/TDEV 데이터 블록 할당을 확인하는 방법을 설명합니다.

솔루션

오프라인 절차:

  1. 데스크탑 또는 노트북에 Solution Enabler 8.0.x 이상 설치

  2. symapi_db.bin 파일의 복제본을 가져옵니다.

  3. symapi_db.bin 파일을 바탕 화면의 "~/SYMAPI/db" 폴더에 복사합니다.

  4. 명령 프롬프트를 엽니다.

  5. 구문:

    By Lun-ID:
     > symcfg -sid ### -offline list -tdev -dev  -bound  -detail -gb
By Storage Group:
     > symcfg -sid ### -offline list -tdev -bound -detail -sg 
All Devices on the VMAX:
     > symcfg -sid ### -offline  list -tdev  -bound  -detail -gb

     


온라인 절차:

  1. RDP 또는 Storage Managemen 호스트에 로그인합니다.

  2. 관리자 권한으로 명령 프롬프트를 엽니다.

  3. 구문:

    By Lun-ID:
   > symcfg -sid ### list -tdev -dev  -bound  -detail -gb
Lun-ID

By Storage Group:
   > symcfg -sid ### list -tdev -bound -detail -sg 
스토리지 그룹
All TDEV / Devices on the VMAX:
     > symcfg -sid ### list -tdev  -bound  -detail -gb
