Symptoms

Betroffene Systeme: 

  • DD6400

Die Netzwerkkarte (NIC) kann nicht konfiguriert werden oder es kann nicht darauf zugegriffen werden.
Das System erzeugt eine Warnmeldung (ENVIRONMENT-00049) mit der Meldung "ungültige Hardwarekonfiguration":

Cause

Zusätzliche und/oder optionale Karten wurden für andere Dell Produkte erworben und versehentlich im DD6400 installiert.

Unterstützte NICs

HINWEIS: QLogic 41164 (PN: 0HY9T) wird NICHT unterstützt.


NETZWERKKARTE Die Teilenummern für Steckplatz 5, 7 und 8 lauten: 

  • DDJKY oder PGRFV: "CRD, NTWK, 4X10G, SFP+, INTEL"
  • HN7J7: "CRD, NTWK, DP, INTEL, 25G, SFP"
  • K5V44: "CRD, NTWK, 10G BASE-T, QP, INTEL"

Resolution

Schalten Sie die DD-Einheit aus und entfernen Sie die nicht unterstützte(n) Netzwerkkarte(n).
Ersetzen Sie sie durch unterstützte NICs.
