vProxy-laitteen Linux-komennolla käyttämän aikavyöhykkeen muuttaminen: 
timedatectl
  1. Muodosta yhteys vProxy-laitteeseen SSH:n kautta ja kirjaudu sisään järjestelmänvalvojana.
  2. Siirry pääkäyttäjätilille:
sudo su - 
  1. Hae nykyiset aikavyöhykeasetukset kirjoittamalla seuraava komento:
timedatectl

Esimerkki:

vproxy01:~ # timedatectl
      Local time: Fri 2024-01-12 18:06:58 UTC
  Universal time: Fri 2024-01-12 18:06:58 UTC
        RTC time: Fri 2024-01-12 18:06:58
       Time zone: UTC (UTC, +0000)
 Network time on: no
NTP synchronized: no
 RTC in local TZ: no
  1. Kirjoita seuraava komento ja näytä, mihin aikavyöhykkeeseen järjestelmän localtime on liitetty :
ls -l /etc/localtime

Esimerkki:

vproxy01:~ # ls -l /etc/localtime
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 25 Jan 12 18:05 /etc/localtime -> ../usr/share/zoneinfo/UTC
  1. Avaa luettelo käytettävissä olevista aikavyöhykeasetuksista kirjoittamalla seuraava komento:
timedatectl list-timezones
  1. Voit poistaa aikavyöhykkeen jumiin kirjoittamalla seuraavan komennon:
timedatectl set-timezone ZONE

  1. Vahvista muutokset komennoilla 3 ja 4:

vproxy01:~ # ls -l /etc/localtime
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 38 Jan 12 13:10 /etc/localtime -> ../usr/share/zoneinfo/America/New_York
  1. Käynnistä laite uudelleen, kun vProxyssa ei ole varmuuskopiointi- tai palautustehtäviä:
reboot
