當筆記型電腦連接至顯示器時，「電源選項」中的「 當我合上上蓋時」設定 為「無動作」。

- 加入 Zoom 通話，即可使用「協同合作觸控板」功能。
- 闔上上蓋 ，協作觸控板的圖示會消失，而協作觸控板將無法運作。

Cause
由於網路攝影機偵測，闔上上蓋並執行部分功能，使得當電腦因上蓋闔上而進入暫停狀態時，串流不會停止。協作觸控板使用相同的機制來偵測電腦暫停狀態，因此在這種情況下可以關閉觸控板。
Resolution
更新至 Dell Peripheral Manager v1.7.2 或更新版本，並將鍵盤韌體更新至 1.0.5.8 或更新版本。
