Symptoms
Precision 7680 and 7780 may take longer to complete POST after upgrading or reseating 128 GB CAMM memory modules for the first time. When the memory modules are fitted, the keyboard LED lights up but nothing is displayed on the screen. There may also be no LED flash code displayed.

Cause
128 GB CAMM memory modules have a longer POST time when first fitted.
Resolution
Wait for approximately 3 to 4 minutes for the initial memory initialization to complete. After this initial POST time has completed, the computer then boots up without issues on subsequent boots.
