Symptoms

Lo standard wireless Wi-Fi 7 è stato rilasciato nel 2024 e funziona su tre bande wireless (2,4 GHz, 5 GHz e 6 GHz) per utilizzare appieno le risorse dello spettro. Il Wi-Fi 7 mira a fornire velocità sorprendenti con maggiore efficienza.

A partire da marzo 2025, Wi-Fi 7 non dispone del supporto nativo per i computer Linux (Ubuntu 24.04, Red Hat 9.4 e così via) preinstallati da Dell. Computer forniti con moduli wireless compatibili con Wi-Fi 7 (ad esempio: Intel serie BE200), non dispongono del supporto dei driver per le funzionalità Wi-Fi 7 (larghezza di banda del canale ampio 320 MHz, 4096-QAM, funzionamento multi-link (MLO) e così via).
