Symptoms

當外接式攝影機連接至系統，且設為 180 度旋轉時。打開相機預覽后，將不顯示任何內容。

受影響的系統：

  • Dell 14 高階DA14250

Cause

這是由 Windows 問題所造成。

Resolution

外接式攝影機預覽

只有在外接攝影機設為 180 度旋轉時，才會發生此問題。如果設置為90度，則會顯示預覽。

Windows Hotfix

Microsoft已發佈修補程式KB5053656來解決此問題。執行 Windows 更新 以解決此問題。
