Symptoms

  • 無法在 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） Enterprise 視窗中看到 Data Domain 統計資料。
    顯示下列錯誤：
Status information is not available due to missing or incorrect SNMP Community string

NMC 的狀態資訊錯誤

 

  • 社群字串是在 Data Domain 主機上建立，NMC 伺服器則是在 SNMP 社群的「主機」清單中定義。

Cause

名稱解析問題。在 NMC 伺服器的主機表中，對應到 Data Domain 的 IP 位址錯誤。

 

Resolution

  1. 在 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 伺服器上，確認您可以解析 Data Domain 主機並連線至連接埠 161。
    nsrports -t DD_HOSTNAME -p 161

    如果 nsrports 無法使用，您可以使用下列作業系統命令：Linux： curl -v DD_HOSTNAME:161
    Windows (PowerShell)： tnc DD_HOSTNAME -p 161

 

  1. 檢查 NMC 伺服器上的作業系統主機檔案，並更正或移除任何指向指派給 Data Domain 主機之 IP 位址的項目。

  2. 重新啟動 NMC 服務：
    Linux： systemctl restart gstd
    Windows：
    net stop gstd
    net start gstd
