Cause


Procmon, process explorer и handle.exe необходимы для того, чтобы точно определить, что удерживает EmcpMpx.sys и EmcpBase.sys.

Resolution

Безопасный режим не работает, но последняя известная работоспособная конфигурация может работать. В этом случае выполните загрузку в LKGC, а затем снова перезагрузите хост. Проблема устранена. 

     

    Additional Information

    Причина, по которой операционная система не может загрузиться, заключалась в том, что не удалось обновить EmcpBase и EmcpMpx. При загрузке операционная система по-прежнему использует старые версии EmcpBase и EmcpMpx. Когда он использует эти системные файлы и достигает EmcpGpx, поскольку это другая версия (более новая), он не считает, что она повреждена или отсутствует, так как ищет более старую версию.
